I just got back from my weekend of volunteering as a big buddy for Camp Erin. Camp Erin is a bereavement camp for kids who have lost someone close to them. The weekend was a blast, there is nothing like ramping up your energy level to meet and exceed that of a group of 8, 9, & 10 year old boys. My weekend was nonstop running, and playing which is the best. It is nice to drop all of your life issues and worries for a weekend and focus on someone else, especially kids who have had a rough go of it in life, and to be able to make them smile and laugh, there is nothing more gratifying then that. Well it is nap time since I have been running at full steam for the last 72hrs. Good night all....
